How I can help
I generally work on engagements that last from 2 to 6 months and can be performed remotely
But I also offer the option to purchase blocks of time in 5, 10, and 20 hours.
My philosophy
Strategy first, Product second. As a competitive chess player in high school and someone who began his career with 7-years of strategy consulting... I like to understand and ensure the strategy both short & longterm is aligned to the tech plan.
My Approach
I will probably be one of the most structured and process-oriented people that you will meet. My general view is that I prefer to do something structured and clean even if it takes a bit more time as it pays dividends many times over later. And my tool of choice in achieving this is Clickup, the project management tool.
Ramp the team fast
Don't have sufficient tech internal tech resources to start? Not a problem.. i have 30+ different trusted contractors (engineers, product managers, data analysts) that I have worked with before and can add quickly to the project on a contract basis (using platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Letsdeel).
Or if you do have your own internal team... on many projects I was the interim manager of internal team members and have managed over 200 people (tech & non-tech) over my career.
Very flexible, Agile Approach to Starting
While typically I work on longer engagements with a set weekly commitment in terms of time, I also offer smaller blocks of time (5, 10, or 15 ) that you can purchase for $150/hr. Email me to get more information.
I have found that many clients do not have a set scope yet and so this offers a flexible way for me to start and align on the scope jointly while already working.
